About Me
I am a dedicated and trained counsellor who takes the time to personalise my approach in order to fit your individual needs and circumstances. Your journey is important to me, and I strive to develop strategies that resonate with you personally.
Each person, couple or family is unique, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to counselling, therefore as a counsellor, it is important to take into consideration YOU and your specific needs, circumstances and challenges.
Being by your side, I will aim to empower you, so that you are able to make better choices for yourself. This is done through raising awareness and understanding, then acceptance, which makes way for change
As your counsellor, I aim to guide you through the process by offering a warm, comfortable, safe space where there is no judgment, criticism or opinion given. I’m here to walk with you on your journey and support you whilst you make sense of the difficulties you have experienced or may be facing presently.
I work with adults aged 16 and over, couples and families.
I specialise in couple facing relational issues, whether that be communication difficulties, relationship breakdown caused by emotional/sexual affairs or life transitions, including becoming new parents or experiencing menopause
